Have you completed your BackerKit Survey yet?!

This survey must be completed to finalize your pledge and there is only two weeks left to get it done! 

You should have received it by email by March 8th. If you have not yet seen this email, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to have it resent. 

*Please reference KS Update #34 if you are interested in upgrading your pledge.

*Cards will be charged after the pledge manager closes on March 31st.

*Address changes will still be allowed! These are not final until right before we start fulfillment.

Pledge Manager Surveys Have All Been Sent!

Surveys Are Out and Live! 

As of this evening, all BackerKit pledge manager surveys have been sent out.  If you have not received a survey from BackerKit, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] to get it resent.  

For information on how to upgrade your pledge, please use the directions and screenshot examples presented in Update #34 to walk you through it. This is an example only for guidance purposes - clicking on the screenshot images used will not yield any results as they are not linked to the survey. 

Please fill these surveys out as soon as possible - the pledge manager is closing March 31st! 

All charges collected in BackerKit will be collected after the pledge manager closes.  Address changes will be allowed after March 31st and all the way up until right before the fulfillment process begins.

How To Upgrade Your Pledge In BackerKit

Wanting to upgrade your pledge? 

When you receive your survey, upgrading your pledge is easy but not so obvious...

Under the large "Get Started" button, there is much smaller text that says "switch your pledge level." Click that instead! 

After that you should be able to easily upgrade your pledge by selecting from the following menu. 

Note: Once you have upgraded from a $1 pledge, you cannot change back to a $1 pledge.  You should be able to switch amongst the other levels without issue.

Pledge Manager Surveys are beginning today!

The BackerKit Pledge Manager is opening today - Exciting Stuff!

Here's the deal - To ensure this goes smoothly, BackerKit will begin by sending out 1,000 backer surveys today, these are received via email. If all goes well, another batch will be sent tomorrow, and so on for the next few days until all have been sent out. There will be another update early next week once all the surveys have been sent to confirm that you should have received it by then. Please do not contact us asking where your survey is until we have confirmed that all have been sent, doing them in portions prevents the system from crashing and data being lost. 

Keep an eye on your email inbox for your survey over the next few days - please complete this as soon as possible due to the short window of time before closing.

The pledge manager will only be open until March 31st! 

Address changes will be able to be adjusted until right before fulfillment begins. The reason the pledge manager is open for such a short time is so we are able to begin production sooner. The faster we get this completed, the faster we can fulfill and you all can start building those castles! We greatly appreciate your patience and participation in this process :D

Colossal GameTrayz Samples Have Arrived!

Getting samples is so exciting! 

Good Afternoon Builders! Here is the first look at the Colossal GameTrayz, the samples are black but the final product will be wine red per our survey results. They stack so nicely and keep everything in it's spot, even the additional scoreboard that comes with it! 

The clear lids also serve as the tile trays for in-play use! Super handy :D

Future Updates 

The next update will be released as soon as the BackerKit Pledge Manager is live. The Pledge Manager is only remaining open until March 31st so please enter all your information as soon as possible! 

Address changes will be allowed until right before fulfillment begins.  After that update is released, you can expect an update of some kind about once a week.
