Will there be any add-ons in the Pledge Manager?
The pledge manager for this title will only be open for a very brief time. There will be the opportunity to upgrade your pledge and add extra copies of the game. There will not be any individual add-on components or accessories.

Will this edition be available in any other languages?
Bezier Games only publishes games in English. Other companies approach us to license our games to print them in other languages, none have been confirmed for this title yet.

Is UK and EU VAT included in the shipping price?
No, VAT and any other applicable taxes will be calculated and charged in the pledge manager after the campaign is closed.

What are the box sizes?
We expect the box included with the Collector level and Royal level to be about 300 x 300 x 160mm (similar to the Suburbia Collector’s Edition “regular” box) and weigh about 11 pounds. The Colossal level includes the same box, PLUS an additional box which we expect to be about 300 x 300 x 148mm, shipped together in a single carton weighing about 26 pounds.
At the Colossal Moats level, the Colossal box will need to be slightly taller (more colossal?) in order to fit the moats and barbicans in the box. Each moat and each barbican will consist of two 10” x 3” (250mm x 70mm) pieces, connected by a puzzle nub (just like the moats and barbicans are connected to each other in the regular version). This allows 10 moats and 5 barbicans (for up to 5 players) to fit into the bottom of the colossal box, in their own custom GameTrayz tray, adding only about 1” (25mm) of height to the standard 12” x 12” (300mm x 300mm) box.
The shipping estimates reflect these calculations.

I’m confused by the Colossal pledge level - what is it??
The Colossal pledge level includes the regular base game plus all of the Royal level upgrades, and then adds an additional box of Colossal rooms and an extra scoreboard that is formatted to better suit this version. This additional box also comes with more GameTrayz to hold all the new rooms and scoreboard.
When play the Colossal version, you’ll be using other game components from the Royal level box (coins, favors, cards, tokens, etc). If you scroll down the campaign page, you can see all of the components included in the Colossal pledge section.
Playing with the Colossal version does not affect gameplay at all, it only affects the physical space the game takes up. These tiles are 4x larger than in the regular game.
All stretch goal tiles achieved will also be included in the Colossal set.

Will there be a retailer/group pledge level?
No, Bezier Games does not offer retailer pledge levels in Kickstarter campaigns; our logistics do not allow for it.

Are the island trays that fit into the scoreboard made by GameTrayz too?
No, these plastic on-board components will not be made by GameTrayz. Only the trays that organize everything into the box will be GameTrayz.

What is included in the player color sets?
A player color set consists of 5 swan player markers (score tracking pieces) and five matching foyer tiles. This only adds more player color options to the game as the game maxes out at 5 players.

Do I have to pledge extra after adding on my shipping estimate?
No - Pledge for your desired reward amount only, shipping is handled in the pledge manager after the campaign closes.

Can the cards be sleeved?
(updated) Yes, and with premium sleeves if so desired.
As the cards aren’t heavily used each game (one shuffle per game, players don’t hold or manipulate cards throughout the game), we didn’t think it would be necessary for players to sleeve the cards (though penny sleeves did work with the original configuration). But many of you have informed us that you want to keep the original cards pristine, or you have other reasons for wanting to sleeve the cards with nicer sleeves, so we are revising the trays so that cards with premium sleeves on them will fit properly in these trays.

Can I select a game in the pledge manager if I back at $1?
Yes you can, but we encourage you to pledge the amount of the reward level you want here on Kickstarter to help unlock as many stretch goals as possible. We also anticipate the pledge manager to only be open for a very brief time so we can get production moving quickly.

Why isn't there a Colossal only option?
We did consider this option when mapping out this campaign. We found that a Colossal only version is not feasible for us to manufacture for multiple reasons - an entirely new box design at a MUCH larger size, more GameTrayz designs, additional art, and much higher costs. The logistics of all of these things led to an obnoxious result at a really gross price. We always try our best to provide the highest quality products to our fans and this option did not fit into the standards we hold ourselves to.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
