MOST of our MPCs arrived yesterday. We are still waiting on the Moats & Barbicans, the scoreboard, and couple other small items that are still en route; hopefully we will have everything by the end of next week.

We know you all are anxiously awaiting news on how fulfillment is going so we wanted to send you all a little update on what is going on. We have received MPC samples of individual pieces and cards but we are still awaiting our final MPC. This is the box sample that is to represent exactly what you all will be receiving at your door. For over a month we thought we'd have it by mid January, then they said last week that it would ship on Jan. 25th but we have not received any confirmation of that yet today...
With still needing to receive the MPC, review the MPC in detail, and get everything finalized (not to mention Chinese New Year runs through the whole first half of February and most things get paused), the April fulfillment month we've been hoping for is looking less likely. We promise we will keep you all informed and let you know when the MPC arrives, fingers crossed it is already en route!!!
Inspired by real life synchronized swimming, Sync or Swim focuses on teamwork, collaboration, and communication.
Each round, teammates plan the perfect routine while taking direction from the team captain. The clock starts and players start trading, placing, and diving for cards to get their performance just right. As your team progresses through each round, the routines become more challenging and throw all sorts of twists your way!
At the end of each round, the free app judges your performance based on your timing and accuracy—You and your friends will discover creative tactics for better strategies and scores each time you play.

MPC Plastics have arrived -
We are thrilled to finally have these gorgeous bits, minis, and trayz in our hands! We are reviewing all of the plastic pieces this week and so far everything looks pretty great - we can't wait to hear how much you all love these beautiful swans and towers, they are SO fun :D
Fulfillment -
From everything we are being told, it looks like April is still our projected fulfillment month. We will keep you all in the loop if anything changes, THANK YOU so much for waiting so patiently!
Due to various shipping and production issues (the biggest being colossal moats and barbican fitting issues with the puzzle cut required to get them into the colossal box), the MPC is currently delayed until January, which means we're now looking at April for delivery. We're doing everything we can to ensure everything makes it out as soon as possible, however.
The rest of production is underway, and we did receive the following images of a few batches of the completed player token swans (without their metal fillings) for you to peruse in the meantime:
